State Shoot

Tolga sending out invoices for ads sold in shoot program.

Add Kevin Boyds name to the list of first 100s. Mike will order plaque.

Tony already purchased snacks, cake and water for the shoot. Need soda.

T-shirts have been ordered from AKA Inc.

Tolga will finalize details with Christophers. Will call Monday before the shoot for final head count.

Diane Cronk will take care of counter.

Ray has refs under control.

Date for next years State Shoot will be discussed at the State Meeting.

State has purchased software program to run shoot.

This years Hall Of Fame plaques will be taken care of by Zeke Walker.

Next meeting we will discuss the web sight and State Shoot date.

Next Meeting date will be set for September.
