Old Business

Last months meeting of the mixed up shoot dates was addressed. There were no issues between the shoot held the say day at Central Jersey and Wayside.

A letter was presented to the board by Meryl Boyd addressed to all Club Shoot Management pertaining to next seasons dates and when they should be submitted to the board for approval. It was read through and changes will be made and sent to Mike Brown for approval and signature.

Tony made a suggestion that a one person be appointed by the president to collect all dates and bring to the board.

Tony will add to each clubs dues letter, for the next season, that submit who the club representatives name, phone number of that contact and e-mail address.

New Business

State Shoot  Ray needs refs for the State Shoot. There are several other State shoots going on that same weekend absorbing all the refs.

The subject of changing the State Shoot date will be brought up to the association members at the meeting held at the State Shoot dinner Saturday night.

T-shirt prices were presented by Meryl Boyd. Other quotes will be sort out by Ray Cronk. Since there are other state date conflict we will need aprox. 100 shirts.

Larry presented the Sate Shoot program for any final edits. The State same printer will be used as last year. 250 books will be printed and sent out. The final edit will reach the printer around July 5th. Larry asked for a copy of the Sates tax id # for the printer.

Meryl will e-mail NSSA for a list to print labels from.

Mike Brown will take care of State Team awards.

Christophers has been booked by Tolga for Saturday night.

Tony has sent in the needed paperwork to Ft. Dix to have the State Shoot there.

Need to add no honors or targets to the State Shoot book.

Tony Horling will have proofs needed for the shoot and Tolga will check on availability of ammo for sale.
