Meeting brought to order at 8.00pm Discussion: - Tom Surman made suggestions about Hall of Fame prospects. Tom to provide information on each shooter he proposed. - Ed reiterated the need for Hall of Fame prospects to meet the requirements set by the NJSSA - Howie reported several additional sponsorship ads for the State shoot. Aim to get $400+ more to get to $3,000 target. Plan to close the books in July - Designs for t shirts etc., need to be approved by June 15 th so they can be ordered. Ed will send out designs - CJ shoot June 13 th – 12 and 28g - Openings in Long Island Championship - Sign up sheet for State Shoot to go out at the end of July; Entry fees to be reviewed. Last year it was $53 - Discussion to affirm that State Team target number pilot program, does not change the other rules for qualified targets. All agreed. - Belt buckles are ready to be ordered. Need design Next meeting date to be in July
