| Date: December 17, 2022 Officers and non-officers Present: Ben Galioto, Ed Amaty, James Garrett, Mason Palidar, Jim Seiler, Dick Lukasik, Neil Alexander, Kevin Dawkins, Joe Madlinger, Jay Taylor and Howie Mann. Treasurer’s Report: Balance as of 11/17/22 - $5,469.60 Nominations: 1. Via a conference call Al DiGangi volunteered for the Vice President position. A vote was taken and all were in favor. Your 2023 NJSSA Vice-President is Al Digangi. 2. Mason Palidar volunteered for the Chief Referee position. A vote was taken and all were in favor. Your 2023 NJSSA Chief Referee is Mason Palidar. 3. Howie Mann volunteered for the Treasurer position. A vote was taken and all were in favor. Your 2023 NJSSA Treasurer is Howie Mann. 4. Ed Amaty stepped down as Treasurer and volunteered for the Presidents position. A vote was taken and all were in favor. Your 2023 NJSSA President is Ed Amaty. NJSSA web-site: Ed Amaty volunteered to take on the responsibility to maintain the NJSSA website. Ben Galioto will contact Thomas Massano to facilitate the transfer of access to the website. Non-Profit Certificate: Howie Mann was familiar with the online application as it pertains to our non-profit requirements. He will update the officer information, pay the annual dues and attain the Non-Profit Certificate for 2023. NJSSA Bank Account: Ben Galioto will closeout the NJSSA bank account and send Howie Mann a check for the balance. Howie Mann will open a new account and deposit the check in mid-January. State Shoot Program: Ben Galioto agreed to design and complete the State Shoot Program for 2023. Every officer agreed to assist in soliciting ads from potential vendors. NJSSA Fees: The 1st vote was taken to reduce the NJSSA fees from $3 to $2 per gun. This is a $1 reduction. All were in favor.
