December 2nd, 2017 Officers Meeting (minutes)
Officers Meeting Location: Pine Belt Sportsman’s Club. The meeting was called to order by Nick Pino at 11:05 a.m. Four officers were present: Ben Galioto, Nick Pino, Russell Paul and Paul Billings.

Treasurer's Report: Nick Pino, Treasurer, notified the officers and club members that our current balance is $4,023. The Treasurer's report was accepted.

A motion was brought to the floor by Nick Pino to elect the 2018 officers. It was accepted that the current officers would remain in place for 2018 as follows: Ben Galioto – President, Paul Billings – Vice-President, Nick Pino – Treasurer, and Russell Paul – Secretary. The Chief Referee position remains open.

The first topic discussed was the 2018 State Shoot venue/location. Since it previously had been agreed upon that the State Shoot should travel between Joint Base, Pine Belt, and Central Jersey, it follows that Central Jersey would be next in line to host the 2018 State Shoot. Ben Galioto will follow up with Ed Amaty and attend the next Central Jersey board meeting, to be held on December 13th, in order to present and provide details regarding hosting the State Shoot. Central Jersey has a deadline of December 31st to let the officers know whether or not they will agree to host the 2018 State Shoot.

The second topic revolved around the 2018 State Shoot date. Regardless of which club hosts this event, the 2018 State Shoot date has been set for August 3rd, 4th and 5th.

The third topic was the shoot schedules for our member clubs. We are requesting that each club complete the “Application for Registered Skeet Shoots” located on the NSSA website, print a completed copy and mail it to our Treasurer, Nick Pino by January 15th, 2018, at the following address:

Nick Pino P.O. Box 1491 Medford NJ 08055 Once this information is received by Nick, Ben Galioto will update the NJSSA website, as well as submit documents to NSSA in order to obtain shoot certificates for each member club.

Ben Galioto will follow up via e-mail with the club chairmen to insure that the $50 registration fee was submitted to NSSA and the $25 registration fee was submitted to NJSSA for 2018.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
