November 25th, 2016 Officers Meeting Minutes
Officers Meeting Location: Pine Belt Sportsman Club - The meeting was called to order by Ben Galioto at 11:05 a.m. Four officers and one club representative were present, for a total of five voting members.

Treasurer's Report: Nick Pino, Treasurer, notified the officers and club members that our current balance is $2,621.50. The Treasurer's report was accepted.

Old Business: Ben Galioto introduced a motion for a third and final vote to modify the state minimums in order to qualify for the State Team. The mandatory state minimums will be lowered to 600-600-600-600 respectively. A total of 300 targets in each gauge are to be shot in the state of New Jersey. The only mandatory tournament will be the NJ State Shoot, and shooters will be expected to shoot all four guns in the main event (12ga, 20ga, 28ga, and 410 bore) without exceptions, in order to qualify for the State Team. The motion was passed by a vote of 5-0. The new requirements will take effect in 2017.

New Business: The NJSSA renewed their membership with the NSSA for 2017. Florham Park and Pine Belt have submitted their schedules and their $25 NJSSA club dues to Nick Pino. Joint Base has submitted their schedule, but we are awaiting their payment for club dues. We are currently awaiting schedules and club dues from Wayside Skeet Club and Central Jersey Sportsman's Club. In order to update and complete the 2017 schedule on our website, we will need this information. Ben Galioto will be notifying club representatives regarding the submission elevator shoes of their schedules and dues via e-mail.

Open Discussion: We will be notifying our membership of all significant changes to our State Shoot as well as any other four-gun tournaments held in New Jersey in early 2017. Additionally, we will be updating our by-laws to address the increase in fees from $2 to $3 per gun, as well as the reduction in state minimums for our state team.

Motion to adjourn meeting by Nick Pino and seconded by Russell Paul at 12:05 p.m.
