| The meeting was called to order by Ben Galioto at 11:05 a.m. Four officers were present and two club representatives were present(one from Fort Dix, and one from Pine Belt), for a total of six voting members. A motion was brought to the floor by Ben Galioto to reduce the current state minimums to 600 in each gauge. The motion was rejected by a vote of 1-5. The current minimums will remain in place. A second motion was brought to the floor by Ben Galioto to only offer trophies or prizes for Champion, Runner-up, Class First and Concurrent First. Second and Third places will be determined by long-run. The motion passed by a vote of 6-0. This is the first of three votes for this motion, as indicated in the by-laws.
