Old business:

The change will go into effect next year at the beginning of the new shoot year. 2. Discussion on the Web Link was shelved until further explanation and documentation can be provided as to what the proposal will mean to the NJSSA.

New business:

1. Awards for the state shoot were proposed. State Team and most improved will receive Plaques 2. Programs need to be started; Mr. Gildersleeve will coordinate with Mr. Gumusayak to get that rolling. 3. With the elections coming up in August and the up-coming loss of key officers, motivated individuals who want to make a positive effect on the future direction of the NJSSA need to be identified so they can be nominated. Specific openings that will have to be filled will be identified at the next meeting. 4. The hall of fame committee is being selected.

• Third reading to the proposed bylaw was done without any exceptions, and approved by a final vote of 4-1 in favor.
