Meeting called to order at 19:36 PM by Mr. Tolga Gumusayak.

Treasurer’s report was read by Mr. Yovnello

a. There is still a club that will be contacted by Mr. Gumusayak to collect dues and shoot

Old business:

• There is still a club that continues to ignore repeated requests by association Officers to provide the required shoot data and state associated fees. We are sending a letter to them stating they can not hold any shoots this year until the dues are paid in full.

New business:

• Second reading to the proposed bylaw was done with out any exceptions.

XIII. STATE TEAM REQUIREMENTS

[Approved October 25, 1995.]

Section 1. A New Jersey Shooter must shoot at least 1,000 12 gauge registered targets, 800 20 gauge registered targets, 800 28 gauge registered targets and 800 .410 bore new registered targets. At least 300 targets of each gauge must be shot within the State of New Jersey at a registered shoot having no fewer than ten registered shooters. Ten shooters meeting the above criteria will be selected based on overall four-gun averages with the highest average shooter designated “Captain.” One shooter meeting the above criteria for two consecutive years and having the greatest increase in his/her four gun average will be designated “Most Improved” and will be suitably rewarded.

XIII. STATE TEAM REQUIREMENTS

Section 1. A New Jersey Shooter must shoot at least the National minimums set by NSSA except doubles not to exceed 1000 12gauge, and 800 for 20, 28, and 410 sub gauges for eligibility and selection to the New Jersey State teams. At least 300 targets of each gauge must be shot within the State of New Jersey at a registered event having no fewer than ten registered shooters, not to include those targets shot as "targets only". Ten shooters meeting the above criteria will be selected based on overall four-gun averages, with the highest average shooter designated “Captain.” One shooter meeting the above criteria for two consecutive years and having the greatest increase in his/her four gun average will be designated “Most Improved” and will be suitably rewarded.

• State shoot was discussed. Medals are ordered, dinners will be same as last year. Gun champions will get belt buckles.

• There is an offer on the table for a link on our website. We will discuss on next meeting.

The next meeting is scheduled to be held at Fort Dix Rod and Gun club on the 28th of April, 2010 at 19:30 hours.
