Meeting called to order at 19:21 PM by Mr. Tolga Gumusayak.

No minutes were available to be read from the last meeting held at the state shoot.

Treasurer’s report was read by Mr. Yovnello

1. A belt buckle needed to be purchased for the Non-Resident Champion 2. There is a club that will be contacted by Mr. Gumusayak to collect dues and shoot data. 3. All outstanding questions were answered.

* The state shoot schedule was reviewed and only one conflict needed to be resolved at a later date. All other changes were agreed upon by club representatives. * Zone II schedule and fees were discussed. Dates for the zone will be posted with the state schedule. * Mr. Cronk brought up the idea of lowering the state minimums because ours are above the National minimums. Mr. Walker stated that a change in the minimum requirements is a change to the state association’s by-laws. In order to enact the change an individual will have to present it in writing to the association. Once the wording is accepted as written, or changed as required it will have to be read and accepted by all members in attendance. This action will be accomplished three times before being officially adopted as a change to the By-laws. This change will not go into effect until the following year.

The next meeting is scheduled to be held at Fort Dix Rod and Gun club on the 24th of February 2010 at 19:30 hours.
