Future expenses: State Shoot

State Shoot August 28 – 30, 2009

The following have been completed and / or will be complete by the following: 1) Ordering medals and pins. 2) Ed Amaty will order proofs from Ron Grigoletto. 3)Tony will take care of beverages. 4)Tolga will place the order with Christophers as soon a head count can be taken. 5)Belt buckles have been received. 6)First 100 plaques will be ordered. 7)5 ads need to be collected for. 8)Tolga will e-mail Rob M. shirt design. 9)Ray will take care of squadding.

Website Tony will check past records as to payment made to Joe Largmisino. Still need to resolve alleged open invoice.
