Meeting called to order at 19:32 PM by Mr. Gumusayak.

1. Last months Minutes were read with the following correction made to item 4 before being approved. Registration forms for the State shoot will be mailed to the treasurer. The fees will be removed and recorded, and then forwarded to Mr. Raymond Cronk Jr. for squading.

Mr. Yovnello submitted the financial reports for the month of May.

Old business:

No old business was discussed.

New business:

1. Posting the state shoot budget on the website or placing it in the program was discussed. It was that if any member wanted to know how the money is distributed than they are more than welcome to attend the monthly meetings whenever they wish.

2. The 2007 State shoot operated at a loss of $ 516.98

3. The state program was reviewed by all present with all changes annotated and agreed to.

4. Medals for state teams need to be ordered. We will receive a break by purchasing 100 medals. This will cover these awards for the next ten years.

5. T-Shirts for the State shoot were selected and the following color schema were agreed to. Blue shirt with green, orange, black, and white. The following sizes will be purchased. Small-2, Medium-15, Large-30, X-tra Large-43, and XX-tra Large-10.

6. Mr. Mike Brown mailed left over Hall of Fame and State team medals to Mr. Gumusayak.

7. Pine Belt submitted their shoot results from June 13 and 14.

The next meeting is scheduled to be held at the Fort Dix Rod & Gun Club on the 16th of July 2008 at 19:30 hours.
