Meeting called to order at 19:25 PM by Mr. Gumusayak.

Last months Minutes were read with the following correction made to item 5 before being approved. The word Active was added in relation to whom NJ shooters would receive a program.

5. Programs will be sent to all Active NJ, and out of state, shooters who’s State shoots do not conflict with our’s.

Mr. Yovnello submitted the financial reports for the month of April.

Old business:

1. June 15th was decided to be the last day to sell adds.

New business:

2. It was suggested that we acknowledge the passing of our fellow shooters since the last state shoot was held. We agreed that a moment of silence will be observed in honor of those shooters just before Saturday shoot-offs begin.

3. HOA Class Champs will get prizes instead of medals. Gun Champs will get Pouches.

4. Registration forms for the State shoot will be mailed to the treasurer. The fees will be removed and recorded, and then forwarded to Mr. Gumusayak for squading.

5. The 28 gauge preliminary event will be provided at a reduced rate of $25.00 per shooter.

6. The cost per gun for all other events will increase by one dollar, from $ 35.00 to $36.00 to compensate for some of the increase of expenses involved with running the shoot. The next meeting is scheduled to be held at the Fort Dix Rod & Gun Club on the 25th of June 2008 at 19:30 hours.
