Attendees: Officers: Mr. Tolga Gumusayak (President) Mr. Tony Yovnello (Treasurer) Mr. Ed Amaty (Chief Referee) Mr. Kevin Gildersleeve (Secretary) Members: Mr. Horace “Zeke” Walker (Pine Belt) Mr. John Silberhorne Member Meeting called to order at 19:33 PM by Mr. Gumusayak.
Last months Minutes were read and approved.
Mr. Yovnello submitted the financial reports for the month of March.
New business:
1. There was some discussion on the requirement for Insurance during the State Shoot.
2. Mr. Walker will provide a list of Medals for the State Shoot to Mr. Gumusayak.
3. State Shoot prizes for HOA & Gun Champ were discussed. The HOA prize was selected.
4. The Timeline for the State Shoot program was discussed and tentatively determined as follows.
• June 25th will be the June meeting date and the State Shoot program will be finalized at that time.
• Programs to go to print on the 11th of July.
• Programs to be mailed by the 18th of July.
5. Programs will be sent to all NJ, and out of state shooters who’s State shoots do not conflict with ours
6. The following areas of responsibility for the State Shoot were identified and assigned where noted.
Caterer: Mr. Raymond Cronk Jr.
T-Shirts: To be determined
Medals/Awards: Suggested source is Lonesome Charlies
Referees: Mr. Amaty, & Mr. Raymond Cronk Jr.
Snacks and Beverages: Mr. Yovnello
Ammo/Proofs: Mr. Tony Horling
7. Event schedules will remain the same as last year.
8. Mr. Walker provided the shoot results from the Pine Belt shoot held on the 12th of April below.

The next meeting is scheduled to be held at the Fort Dix Rod & Gun Club on the 28th of May 2008 at 19:30 hours.
