State Shoot Report

$450.00 in ads not paid for. Bills have been sent and calls have been made to customers.

Jay will take responsibility to selling boosters for the 2008 State Shoot booklet.

Larry P. posed concerns on how the Hall of Fame was handled. Need to set up a more uniform method and have a better system in place. No one knew who or what this year. Next year, committee to make decision and submit to President.

Zeke W. suggested a similar prize, as the Gun Champs, for HOA class winners at the4 State Shoot.

Shoot Schedules

Need to start looking at for next year.

Tony stated that there were too many non- essential personnel behind the counter at the State Shoot. Next year limit the number of people behind the counter.

Shoot request was handed in by Zeke for Pine Belts December shoot.

Next meeting date November 7, Ft. Dix, 7:30 pm.
